Shipping & Handling / Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All our items are shipped via UPS or Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping.  

Federal Regulations allow us to ship caviar only within the United States.

Shipping rates: $35.00 flat fee 

​

Order Processing and Delivery

Shipping days are Monday through Thursday.

Delivery days are Tuesday through Friday.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1 PM PT will be shipped the same day for Next-Day delivery by UPS or FedEx.

Any order received after 1 PM PT on Thursday will be shipped the next shipping day (Monday).

Any orders received on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the next shipping day (Monday).

 

Please note that during the holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), orders may take longer to arrive so we recommend placing your order earlier than usual to guarantee timely delivery.

Due to the fact that we ship with third-party couriers such as FedEx or UPS, we cannot guarantee that an item will be

received during the exact time frame it is anticipated.  During rare instances (extreme weather, interrupted shipping times, delays in transit, or natural disasters that cause shipping delays), we may provide customers with an exchange of the same product. Please email us within 24 hours to submit your exchange request.

Shipping Limitations

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED

In the event of a problem with an order please notify us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to rectify the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled up until 10 AM the day prior to the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions apply).

For example, if you are expecting your order on Friday, you may cancel your order without any charges

if you do so by 10 AM that Thursday (the day prior).

FOIE GRAS SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Due to California's law, foie gras can only be purchased for personal use and cannot be resold.

​

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue,

please return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products only (less shipping and handling).  Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim. If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.

Please make an effort to retrieve and refrigerate your package as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT!

Please inspect delivered packages and products as soon as they arrive at your door!

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult

to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.
