Osetra Sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) is one of Masha's best caviars and should be served on your most special occasions.  It's a true delight for every caviar connoisseur because of its glossy pearls that glisten with a dark brown to black color.  Its firm texture delivers a pleasant crispness and a flavor that’s wonderfully nutty. 
 
Masha's Osetra Russian caviar is produced at the “Caviar Galilee” farm in Israel.
